Last weekend we went to Pirate’s Cove and stayed there for a couple of hours. We brought our own food, snacks and drinks and it was so crowded when we got there. Luckily, we found a good spot where we were close to the leisure pool where kids had a blast playing. It was indeed a great adventure for our little princess and she can’t stop saying super diduperdy fun!!! It’s really a great feeling looking at our kid having so much fun. Anyway, the place was awesome, no matter how hot the weather was if you’re in the water you can’t feel the heat. This place is a perfect getaway for this summer because they have all kinds of water stuff for kids at all ages. They have the leisure pool, dump bucket, lazy river, water slides, competitive pools, sand area and the spray garden. What I love the most about this park is the dump bucket. It is a 750 gallon bucket that fills slowly. It tips and then dumps water on those brave enough to stand below it, which I did several times. I asked our daughter what’s her favorite after we left and she said it was the sand area. I can’t blame here because there’s a lot of kids in the sand area, building sand castles. This is the area where she met a lot of friends. My hubby and our daughter took the ride in the lazy river five times, then he went to water slides alone because I stayed and watched with our daughter and took some awesome pictures.
